Matt Hanson’s Brain Archive
Kim and I went on vacation to the Outer Banks in North Carolina in late April. It was off season, which turned out to be a good thing as we realized it would be extremely overcrowded during the summer months. The weather could have been nicer but we had fun regardless. This first pictures are of us just hanging around, seeing the sites, and going to Currituck lighthouse.
At the beginning of April I took a trip out to Rochester, NY which I hadn’t been to since I finished school in 1995. I went out there to work on some school projects (for my Masters in Imaging Science). While I was out there I attended the on-campus version of the class I was taking online, visited with old professors, gave a talk on image registration, and met up with some old friends.
For an additional bit of nostalgia I went to the transportation musuem about 5 minutes from RIT and took some photos. In fact, the photo on the front page of the original website was taken there. It was a color slide that was made into a polaroid transfer.
